Celebrating the New Year in this hotel was great! the breakfast was tasty, and the location was awesome. the hotel is located closely to the main tourist attractions of the region, which made our sightseeing plans easy to follow. the pool was fantastic, and the staff was very accommodating.
Although the hotel had a good location, there was a lot of traffic noise. the rooms were quite small.

Lovely quiet location. Very big rooms. Very nicely decorated. The restaurant next door is excellent quality and value- highly recommended.
Breakfast was an extra charge which should be included in the room rate. Childrens bed was unconfortable.

The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and had ample storage. The inverter air-conditioner was new and quiet. The hotel staff were accommodating and tailored to our needs. The hotel had multiple family restaurants nearby and was conveniently located near the vibrant town of St Remy of Provence.
Can't think of anything.

It is in a lovely, quiet and convenient position for visiting Arles, Remy en Prvence Avignon, etc. It is a very nice hotel with a typical Provence atmosphere and the hosts are friendly and helpful. We stayed there 2 years ago and would be very happy to stay there again in any future visit to the area.

The owners were very nice and helpful. The hotel had everything it claimed to have. The breakfast was good and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The wifi was very good.
You can`t eat in the room. This is not fair, because after eating out all the time, and paying big sums in Euros, you should be able to have a sandwich or smth in the room. Guests who litter the room should be fined on an individual basis, I don`t agree with the threatening signs everywhere regarding this matter.

The location was convenient, with many tourist spots nearby. We enjoyed the view of the rural road from our room's window. The room was spacious, comfy and tidy. We also had a lovely time by the pool with our significant other.
Breakfast was highly overrated and overpriced. There were hardly any options, and not enough food for all guests.

A continental breakfast was included. The bedroom was reasonable size with a small TV that was far away from the bed.
The main concern was that neither proprietor spoke English nor were there English channels on the TV. It made it difficult to communicate since we do not speak French and uncomfortable. Also the bathtroom was very small, two people couldn't fit in it at the same time. We would recommend this hotel only if you speak French.

Good location in Provence, free parking. Nice owners and surroundings.
Shower should have cabin which is more convinient than a curtain.

The hotel is in a prime location in Provence, adjacent to the lively town hall and close to many popular destinations. We especially enjoyed using the nearby bike path to get around town. the rooms are spacious and well-appointed with air conditioning and ample storage space. the friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and even recommended local restaurants.
The hotel lacked green spaces on the property, which was unfortunate for those looking for a bit of outdoor relaxation.

When in the area of St. Remy de Provence we always choose this small Familt Hotel. It is excellent value for money.
Unfortunately the restaurant is only open in high season but there is an excellent restaurant next door.

Service & very friendly staff
Internet was not working but staff gave us access through their personal computer. Very efficient approach as action was taken day after issue was raised.

One of the highlights of our stay at this hotel was the excellent attention to detail. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly and accommodating staff, everything was taken care of. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring the nearby villages in Provence, and we especially enjoyed being adjacent to the town hall and close to a good restaurant. Additionally, the hotel had all the basic amenities we needed and our room was equipped with everything essential for a comfortable stay.
All was absolutely fine during our stay.

A quiet hotel
The owners of the hotel know to speak French only, so the hotel only suits to those who speak French, and there is no option to recieve info from them. The husband of the hotel owner is not symphatic. The breakfast is costly and poor, and it's a little more above continental breakfast. the bathroom is small, not comfortable and dangerous. There are 28 TV channels, all in french, and not a single one in english. There is no Minibar in the room. this is in fact a 2 stars hotel, that the 3rd star is probably due to the small swimming pool that it has. No elevator is available.
